I LOVE HOT STONE MASSAGE!!

Hot Stone massage is my favorite type of massage. My first hot stone massage was AMAZING and surpassed all of the other massages I had had. The benefits were long lasting and emediate. I felt an increased realxed state, my knots and tension spots melting away, and the heat from the stones was like a warm hug. I love giving hot stone massage as a therapist as well. The heat from the stones is able to penatrate deeper than any traditional massage stroke, getting down to the core of my clients aches and pains. The use of cold stones alone or incorporated into the hot stone treatment can increase health benefits and maximize the session. I know that my clients will always walk away satisfied and feeling like they recieved some good therapy.

I am very excited to announce the completion of my one room massage studio in my basement aparment in Orem. The soft lighting allows one to fall into serenity while endulging in soundscapes and classical relaxation. My clients can feel safe and taken care of in the massage sessions here. I cater to all my clients individual massage needs and assist in their healing processes and much needed relaxation.
